How to make your own Lavender cuttings.

As Rosemary is to the Spirit, so Lavender is to the Soul.Anonymous

You'll need:4.5 litre plant bagsPruning ShearsEqually mixed red soil and sand.

Ensure that your original plants are free from pests and disease.

Fill your plant bags with the soil mix. I watered my soil mix before planting the cuttings.

Make your cuttings from your grown Lavender plants.

Remove the leaves so that the cutting has a length of bare stem to insert into the soil..

Cut of all unnecessary leaves at the top of the plant. This will enable your cutting to develop roots faster. Plant your cutting in the filled bag.

Pack your planted cuttings in a safe and sunny spot. Lavender does not like a wet bottom. Do not over water your cuttings.

Allow your Lavender cuttings to develop roots and grow to fill the plant bag. Once your plant developed into a strong plant you can transplant into your garden.

Lavender is a perfect hedging plant and trimming it into the required shape provides one with enough time to contemplate life and get in touch with nature.

Turn your can'ts into cans, and your dreams into plans.
